Step 1: Access the Roles Dashboard
· Log in to your MAX Dropshipping account.
· Click Roles in the left-hand sidebar.
Step 2: Create a New Role
· On the Roles page, click the Add Role button (top right).
· Customize the permissions according to your team’s responsibilities.
Step 3: Define Role Details
On the Role Details page:
· Role Name* — Give the role a clear, descriptive name (e.g., Customer Support Agent, Finance Manager).
